Welcome to Markitly. By accessing and using our storefront, website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before processing any orders.

1. Store Policies & Finality of Sales

We work tirelessly to deliver state-of-the-art products and premium fulfillment. In order to maintain efficient service terms:

• All sales are final once processed and dispatched from our logistics center.
• Items cannot be returned after purchase, except as explicitly provided in our separate Warranty Policy.
• Payments cannot be refunded after 7 days from the initial transaction date.

2. User Accounts

To purchase items or access features, you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions occurring under your account profile.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions processed on our store.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Markitly, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or storefront. This limitation strictly protects Markitly from fraudulent chargeback claims, unauthorized disputes, or secondary losses.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the UAE, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
